Anthony BIshop, CHA

Tony got his start in hospitality with large hotel franchise companies including InterContinental, Choice Hotels & Accor. He moved up very quickly and at just 19 was the youngest General Manager and youngest person, at least at the time, to receive CHA (Certified Hospitality Administrator) status. ‘Retiring’ from hotel management at 21, Tony jumped headfirst into real estate, where he found immediate success and almost immediately fell in love with an abandoned Queen Anne style mansion. This serendipitous discovery of such an incredibly historic property lead to the creation of his first Boutique Hotel, The Worthington Mansion. Never one to sit still for long, Tony then took on the symphony world as the Sales Manager for the Fort Wayne Philharmonic Orchestra, where he took his hotel revenue management expertise to the theatre by implementing demand based pricing, adding tens of thousands of dollars in incremental revenue.

For the past 12 years Tony has worked helping other independent properties achieve their goals. This has included dozens of consulting projects in addition to developing, operating, and brokering the sales of his own personal boutique properties.
